Back at the top of everybody’s summer break list, Ibiza is once again one of Europe’s premier playgrounds.
Here you will find peaceful countryside, historic monuments, and family-friendly properties. San Joan is stylish and comfortable, and the house sits above the pine forest overlooking the north coast of Ibiza, on a private road up a short driveway.
Wonderfully secluded beaches and delectable restaurants are close by. The house features a large open-plan living room which has expansive glass windows, large sofas, a dining table for 12.
A large eat-in kitchen is a few steps up from the living room, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Sliding doors lead to the inner terrace and dining area and the upper panoramic roof terrace.

Villa Andreu is a beautiful traditional Finca situated near the east coast of the island within walking distance of the charming village of San Carlos. This very private property is fully gated and magically positioned overlooking the sea.

The villa has five bedrooms, two of which are suites, and a further three double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.
All rooms open onto terraces and into the garden. The many outside terraces are perfect for dining al fresco. The decor is modern, stylish, and comfortable, with a charming, sensuous appeal.
There are two salons; one smaller with a cosy fireplace and sofas, the other larger one for getting together with family or a group of friends. The pool is in the garden away from the house, surrounded by sun loungers and potted plants.
A luxurious spa and sauna are there for guests to make the most of their well-being while away from home.
The recently renovated Morna View house is a Finca full of rustic charm. Situated above the valley that runs up the island to San Joan it is conveniently well located for restaurants, food shopping, and beaches.
The main terrace has a wonderful crescent-shaped pool with multiple areas for sunbathing and lots of sun umbrellas for shade. From here you can watch the sunset at all times of the year.
Inside on the ground floor, there is a large living room with pool table and fireplace, with a small TV room and a double bedroom alongside. Behind the kitchen, on the back terrace, there is a lovely breakfast area with a vine-covered trellis. Upstairs are a further three double bedrooms, with a master bedroom which is ensuite with a balcony, offering serene countryside views.
The enchanting gardens below have a charming guest house with furnishings reflecting the overall eclectic and cool style of the entire property, creating a relaxed and stylish ambience. A fabulous tree house also complements the chill-out atmosphere of this quintessential Ibizan home, ideal for entertaining and just 10 minutes from the nearest beach.
